You guys worked tirelessly for 5 days straight to ensure you hit our time line. You and your team spent hours on the clean up and handled change in the scope on the fly and executed flawlessly. I had Kristian remove popcorn ceilings in several rooms of my 40 year old house and he did an amazing job! He uses a machine for the sanding that also removes any dust so it was not that messy. He worked long hours and did everything in my timeline. I am a perfectionist and I was impressed with the results! His price was very competitive and I would recommend him!

Smooth guys, Kristian and his team, did a professional, clean and precise job. Had our stucco removed in living and dining room of home. During the process, made every effort to be as tidy and clean as possible, putting down floor protection and tools to minimize dust, finished with drywall repair and painting the ceiling. Also had our load bearing wall partially removed to open up kitchen area. Kristian along with Depaz Construction were very knowledgeable and excellent with framing and carpentry work. 10/10 results would highly recommend.
