Stucco contractor

We spent nearly $200,000 with Josh for an exterior remodel. Over two years later it’s still not done. Poor quality finishes, caulking and paint all over our windows which are now ruined. Plus it’s now failing and we have water leaks. He always says he isn’t quitting yet never gets anything done. Time to lawyer up and teach this kid a hard lesson. I was way to patient. I had to pay to redo all my gutters and roof capping he ruined. Limestone base he ruined. He left lights off and broke several. Plus much more. He basically ruined our house

Calgary stucco and stone has been fantastic to deal with. They've been extremely informative over a subject I have no knowledge over as well as being patient with my questions. 10/10 would use again.

I contacted the company by telephone for a repair to some stucco. I spoke to a company rep (presumably the owner) who advised me to submit a request for an estimate through the Next Gen web site, including photos so that they could adequately determine an estimate for the job. I was told that they would be in touch with me after at most 48 hours. Sounded like a pretty efficient system. So I went onto the website, submitted multiple photos, along with a description of the issue at hand... and waited. And waited. Weeks later, still no reply, and I have moved onto another contractor that did a great job. It seems that Next Gen likes to pick and choose their jobs, while not advising potential customers that they would rather not do certain jobs. I took time out of my day to take photos and upload them to the web site, as per instructions, yet no reply? I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on this company, as they don’t seem to want to spend any time communicating with potential customers. 10/10 would not recommend!

Fantastic work, I wanted to paint my basement myself to save some money on reno's but needed my drywall installed and mudded. They did such a good job I was able to paint it without without seeing any imperfections in my wall.

The BEST experience with any contractor I ever could have imagined. From first estimate to the install of a new roof, gutters and fascia, every part of the process was top tier. Joe and the whole team at Smart Home treated me with the urgency and professionalism as if I was their #1 priority and could not have been easier to work with. The Installation and end result was immaculate and the work is beautiful; The installation team was very time efficient, transparent through the process, and the cleanup was as if they were never there. If the quality of work done to your home is the absolute most important thing (which it should be) there is no doubt in my mind Smart Home is the best contractor available and I would recommend them to absolutely anyone in need of work!

I recently had my deck and fence stained by Visions Painting and also had a couple of other smaller projects completed. I have only good things to say about Joel and Rob. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and very hard working. They took great care in setting up and cleaning the work area every day. It was apparent that they really cared about the quality of their work. I am very happy with how this project turned out. I highly recommend Joel and his team fromVisions Painting and Stucco!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are absolutely terrible to deal with. The owner Adem sent his workers to stucco the front of my house in June of 2021. A few weeks after, there was cracking on certain sections of of my pillars. He advised that he would repair the work as there was allegedly a 9 year or so warranty. I have been chasing him for over a year! I have texting correspondence that he would honour his work but has decided to no longer respond. I spoke to another employee Mustafa on Saturday June 18th 2022. He said he would look after it but still haven’t heard back. This company is a complete scam. The quality of work just terrible! I have done numerous renovations on multiple properties over the years. This company has been by far the worst. They lie and say they will come. They never do. They no longer respond to text messages or phone calls. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!

I recently had JM Inc. install a custom limestone fireplace mantel in my living room. Their team went above and beyond to ensure the final product was exactly what I envisioned.The new mantle is absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the look and feel of my living room. Jaime H. and Cam did an outstanding job of installing my mantel. Their high degree of skill is impressive. From the initial meeting with Dean, to working on the design details with Ben, Travis and the team were incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process.
